Challenges

Struggling with social

After a key partner and social media content curator at Alternate Solutions Health Network (ASHN) resigned, a need rose to quickly fill the rich content gap for its social media channels. The company partnered with Cielo for its talent acquisition Consulting expertise, particularly around employer brand, to support its goals. The challenge was to ensure the created content boosted social media engagement & impressions, and – ultimately – attention to organic content.

Solutions

Fueling an authentic content library

Cielo’s employer brand team conducted an onsite photoshoot and interviewed 20 employees from key talent groups to gain insight into the most compelling, differentiated benefits of a career at the organization. This approach ensured the creation of genuine content, providing prospective candidates with a realistic view of working at the organization while attracting suitable talent.

Cielo identified an enthusiastic employer brand ambassador to capture candid photos during employee engagement events, facilitating the ongoing development of an authentic content library – which can often be a blocker for content.

Results

Better engagement, bright outcomes

The content was launched as an employee spotlight series on Facebook and LinkedIn, providing the authentic employee perspective that candidates look for. The spotlight series yielded the following key social media engagement metrics for the first three pieces of content alone: 2,330 impressions – helping the content reach new eyes, 100 clicks, and 139 reactions.
