Cielo launches high volume RPO solution
BROOKFIELD, WI – Cielo (formerly Pinstripe), the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, continues its competitive strength as the most technology-enabled provider with the launch of High Volume RPO, a solution for organizations that struggle to keep up with the velocity of hourly vacancies at peak season or during standard times.

High Volume RPO uses an exclusive, mobile-first technology that allows candidates to interact with job postings, apply and complete a behavioral assessment in less than seven minutes. Based on their application and assessment results, the applicant is either immediately invited to schedule an interview with a hiring manager, often taking place within the next 24 hours, or is given suggestions for roles that may be more appropriate. With a High Volume RPO solution from Cielo, hiring managers see a meaningful increase in the quantity and the quality of their new hires. Candidate matching algorithms generate a Job Fit Score for each applicant, which is served up to the hiring manager prior to the interview. This score is a simple rating of 1-10, based on multiple factors that include: work history, DISC-based behavioral assessment, EQ assessment, location and job qualifications match. The algorithms use machine learning based on hiring manager feedback to continually validate that they properly prioritize criteria and are accurately matching scores to job success.
