BROOKFIELD, WI – Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, was recently recognized with two awards highlighting the company’s achievements in employer branding and digital communications for clients TPx Communications and WellStar Health System.
Cielo’s employer branding work with TPx Communications, a communications and information technology company, received a Gold Award at the 2019 MarCom Awards, an international creative competition for marketing and communication professionals. The Cielo/TPx team was awarded for the performance of the TPx Employee Referral Program marketing campaign.
As part of the TPx strategy to efficiently hire qualified sales employees and increase retention, senior leadership challenged the talent acquisition team to hire as many employees as possible during a 90-day period. The referral program campaign was included to promote these efforts. Overall, 146 referrals were generated by the campaign and led to 35 hires.
“It’s beyond rewarding when our client partners are celebrated for making progress in the world of talent,” said Sue Marks, Cielo Founder and CEO. “With today’s fierce competition for talent, we know how impactful effective employer branding can be. Messaging from employers needs to resonate with talent and reach them in the right place at the right time.”
The Cielo team with client WellStar Health System received recognition from Best in Biz for “Best Employer Brand Management – Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals.” Best in Biz is the only independent business awards program judged by editors and reporters of top-tier publications. The Cielo/WellStar team collaborated on a campaign to help WellStar overcome several challenges of a competitive talent market.
The campaign implemented several strategies with targeted messaging and graphics that reflected the motivators and drivers of top talent. Overall, the campaign resulted in over 13.3 million impressions within WellStar’s target talent audiences and led to over 280,000 job applications and 11,096 total hires.
