Class 1: Fundamentals of AI
This class focuses on the core principles and science of AI, guiding you through the history of AI, the data dynamics behind generative AI & large language models, and the fundamentals of prompt engineering. You’ll gain more understanding of AI so you can efficiently utilize intelligent tools and resources.

Class 2: AI Use Cases in HR & TA
In this class, you’ll explore the advantages and considerations of using AI, current market trends/insights, and various use cases. By the end, you’ll possess the necessary knowledge to identify new opportunities for process automation.

Class 3: Responsible AI Deployment
This class explores the risks associated with AI as it takes on more tasks and automates functions, teaching you how to leverage this technology responsibly and ethically. You’ll learn how using key steps and Cielo’s 7 standards for responsible AI deployment.

Class 4: Getting Started
During this class, you’ll gain the essential information needed to assess organizational readiness, build a business case, and develop an action plan for successful implementation. Insights will be shared by Cielo experts and other industry leaders with successful business case experiences.

This certification program is complimentary and includes a three-month subscription to Cielo’s generative AI platform, CLO.ai.
