Cielo founder & CEO Sue Marks named to Staffing 100 hall of fame

BROOKFIELD, WI – Sue Marks, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, was named a 2020 inductee to Staffing Industry Analysts’ “The Staffing 100 Hall of Fame.”

The Staffing 100 Hall of Fame was created to honor men and women who have made a lasting impact on the staffing industry over the course of their careers. Inductees are celebrated for their pursuit of excellence, empowering others, persistence, integrity and strong leadership. The Hall of Fame honors individuals who have been repeatedly named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ annual “The Staffing 100” list of notable individuals who influence the world of work.

As Founder and CEO, Marks’ visionary thinking, creative problem solving and ability to motivate and inspire people are the foundation of Cielo’s corporate culture and client relationships. Under Marks’ direction, Cielo was the first RPO provider to join the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion coalition. Marks has been an annual member of Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 and 100 Women listings and of HRO Today HR Outsourcing Superstar. She was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the service business category and has won numerous other awards including Marquette University’s Entrepreneurship Award, she is a three-time winner of both the Working Woman 500 designation and the Future 50 of Wisconsin.
